Return conditions

To initiate a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and still in its original foil packaging.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, we kindly request that you contact us at The return costs are borne by the buyer. In the event of a damaged product or receipt of the wrong product, the costs will be fully borne by Skin / Scent.

If your return request is accepted, you will receive a return label and detailed instructions on how and where to return the package. Products returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Hygiene products that cannot be returned and refunded include sleeping masks, hair pillows, hair elastics, make-up and hair styling products without original foil. Out of respect for hygiene and safety, beauty and health products cannot be returned, this applies not only to our customers, but also to other providers of such products.

Returns in store

You also have the option to return products directly in the store. Our address is Rijksstraatweg 146, 3223KC Hellevoetsluis. Make sure you bring your invoice with you to make the returns process as smooth as possible.

Return by post

If you choose to return by post, we request that you inform us in advance by e-mail.


The amount to be refunded will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method used, but the amount is usually credited to your account within 7 days.

Please note: The full purchase amount will not be refunded in the following situations:

  • The item shows signs of user damage.
  • The original packaging is missing.
  • Gift cards are not returned.
