Environ's Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil, based on vegetable oils, removes excess sebum, impurities, sun filters and make-up from the skin. Fat and water do not mix. At Environ we use this Pre-Cleansing Oil as the first step of cleaning because the oil from your skin (sebum) dissolves in oil and not in water, which you normally wash your face with.
