Usage advice
You have to build up roles. Start with once a week and slowly build up to once in the evening or even twice a day, rolling in the morning and evening. Divide the face, neck and décolleté into different zones and, with some pressure, roll each skin zone in horizontal, vertical and diagonal directions for a maximum number of channels.
